Set up creator profile

Your profile is your home base on Passes - where fans find you, explore your content, and connect with everything you offer. Here's everything you need to know to set it up and make the most of the updated layout. ## Set up your creator profile ### Profile details Make a strong first impression by filling out your profile fully: - **Profile and Banner Picture:** Pick images that represent your brand and grab attention right away. - **Bio:** Write something clear and specific - tell fans exactly what they'll get from following you. An authentic bio builds trust and drives engagement. - **Social Links:** Connect your other platforms so fans can find you everywhere. **Request Username or Display Name Change** If you want to request a change to your username or display name, reach out to support at help@passes.com and we'll be happy to assist you with this process. ### Privacy settings You're in control. Customize your privacy settings to decide who can view and interact with your content - adjust them anytime to fit your needs. **To Update Your Privacy Settings** 1. Click the Settings (gear icon). 2. Choose Privacy & Safety. 3. Select the specific settings you'd like to update from the list provided. **Action button** - Look for the action button in the upper right corner of your profile header. - Click the **three-dot button** to access **Create Charity Event**, **Reorder Tabs**, or **Copy Link to Profile**. **Featured Friends** - Featured Friends lives in its own tab: Edit Featured Friends - Click the tab to open a dedicated screen where you can add, delete, and rearrange your Featured Friends. **Group Chats** - Join Group Chat is on your profile header. - Click the tab to browse and rearrange your group chat order. --- Want a full walkthrough?
