The **Creator Analytics Dashboard** gives you a real-time look at your performance, content success, and fan engagement - everything you need to grow your earnings and build a stronger connection with your audience. ## What you'll find ## Key performance metrics Use the date filter to track how you're doing over any time period: - Total profile visits - New memberships - 1:1 DM revenue - Membership revenue ## Mass DM optimization Get more out of every message you send: - **Reuse Top-Converting Mass DMs:** Resend your best-performing messages to new fan segments - **Try New Captions:** Underperforming DMs? Get caption suggestions to help turn things around ## Media performance See exactly what your fans are loving most: - **Top-earning media** - ranked by revenue - **Most-purchased media** - ranked by number of purchases ## Creator onboarding Just getting started? You'll see a guided carousel walking you through the key setup steps. It disappears once you're done - consider it your launchpad: - Setting up your profile - Creating a Membership - Uploading your first Post - Adding a Welcome Message ## Actions needed This section flags anything that might be holding you back: - Unanswered custom requests (after 48 hours) - No new vault uploads in the last 7 days - Empty shop ## Tracking Links for Social Platform Performance You can track how each social platform performs using your Tracking Links settings: 1. **Select & Copy** – Go to 'Settings' > Tracking Links and copy the unique link for the platform you want to track (such as Spotify, Instagram, X/Twitter, or TikTok). 2. **Share** – Paste that specific link into your bio or posts on the social platform. 3. **Track Results** – As fans interact with that link, you can see how it performs across five key metrics: - **Clicks:** Total number of times the link was clicked. - **Signups:** Number of new accounts created through that link. - **Spenders:** Number of fans who made a purchase after clicking the link. - **Followers:** Number of fans who followed your Passes page. - **Earned ($):** Total revenue generated from users who came through that link. Using platform-specific tracking links helps you understand which social channels are driving the most engagement and revenue, enabling you to tailor your promotion strategies effectively.
