Unrecognized charge

## Unexpected charge on your Passes account? Let's figure out where it came from. Here's how to track it down and secure your account. ## Step 1: Identify the charge Passes charges can come from a few places - start here: - **Orders:** Check your **Orders** section to see if the charge matches a recent purchase. - **Payment History:** Go to **Settings** > **Payment** > **Payment History** to review recent transactions like DMs or subscriptions. - **Membership Renewals:** Head to the **Memberships** section to check if it's a subscription that renewed. - **Linked Payment Methods:** Consider whether anyone else with access to your account or device may have used your payment details. ## Step 2: Secure your account If something looks off, take these steps right away: - **Update your password** - use a strong, unique one for your Passes account. - **Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)** - adds a critical extra layer of protection. - **Remove saved payment methods** from any shared devices. ## Step 3: Report it Still can't explain the charge? Reach out to **help@passes.com** and include the following: - Your email address - Your phone number - Last 4 digits of the card that was charged - A description of the issue The team will take it from there and help get it resolved.
