Sign-in troubleshooting

### Having Trouble Signing In? Don't worry - most sign-in issues are easy to fix. Work through these steps and you'll be back in no time: - **Double-check your email and password:** It happens to the best of us. Make sure everything's entered correctly. **Forgot your password? Reset it:** - Go to https://www.passes.com/forgot-password (or visit passes.com and click **Forgot Password**) - Enter the email address associated with your Passes account - Check your inbox for a password reset email from Passes - Use the link in the email to set a new password - **Use the right login method:** If you originally signed up with Google, Facebook, or another external account, you'll need to log in that same way every time. Password resets won't work for those methods. - **Check your account status:** Make sure your account is still active and hasn't been deactivated or suspended. Look for any emails or notifications from Passes that might give you a clue. - **Try a different browser or clear your cache:** Sometimes it's just a browser hiccup. Switch to a different browser or device, or clear your cache and cookies: - *Chrome:* Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data - *Firefox:* Options > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data > Clear Data - *Safari:* Safari menu > Preferences > Privacy tab > Manage Website Data > Remove All - **Check your internet connection:** Make sure your connection is stable before trying again. - **Verify your two-factor authentication (2FA) code:** If you have 2FA enabled, enter the verification code sent to your device - and make sure it hasn't expired. - **Account temporarily locked?** Too many failed login attempts can lock you out for a bit. Give it a few minutes, then try again. - **Check your firewall or security software:** Make sure nothing on your device is blocking access to the Passes website.
