Guest Checkout Guide

Guest Checkout lets you buy things on Passes without logging in or creating an account first. Here's how it works across different purchase types: ## Purchasing shop items - Find items through links shared by creators. - Select what you want and click **Proceed to Checkout**. - Enter your payment details (plus a shipping address if it's a physical item). - Complete your purchase. - After payment, a confirmation pop-up will appear with an option to **Activate Your Account**. - To activate, fill in your birthday, username, and password - your email will already be pre-filled. - You'll also get a confirmation email. If your account isn't activated yet, clicking **View Order** in that email will prompt you to finish activation. ## Purchasing posts - You can buy posts directly with Guest Checkout - no login needed. - Follow the same steps as shop items using the creator's shared link. ## Purchasing livestreams 1. Access the livestream through a creator's link. 2. Guest Checkout only works for **paywall livestreams** - not pay-per-minute. 3. Select the livestream, add your payment info, and check out. 4. Once purchased, you can jump into the stream right away. 5. To watch replays or view your purchase history, you'll need to activate your account. ## Purchasing memberships 1. Pick a membership tier, enter your payment details, and complete the purchase. 2. You'll get access to exclusive content tied to that membership. 3. To manage or cancel your subscription down the line, you'll need to activate your account. ## Activating your account Activating unlocks full access - manage purchases, view history, and more: 1. Go to [Passes.com](http://passes.com/). 2. Click **Sign Up** and select **I am a Fan**. 3. Use the same email you used during Guest Checkout. ## FAQs - **Can I buy messages with Guest Checkout?** - No - messages aren't available through Guest Checkout. - **What if I need a refund?** - Reach out to Support and they'll take care of you. - **How will I know my order status if I haven't activated my account?** - You'll receive email updates with order details and a link to activate whenever you're ready. - **Can I use Guest Checkout for pay-per-minute livestreams?** - No - Guest Checkout is only available for paywall livestreams. - **Can I buy posts without logging in?** - Yes! Guest Checkout works for posts. - **Can I buy a membership without logging in?** - Yes, but you'll need to activate your account to manage or cancel your membership later. - **What happens if I never activate my account?** - You'll still receive email receipts, but you'll need to log in to access content or manage your purchases. - **I mistype my email during guest checkout** - Email us right away at help@passes.com - **I still don’t have access to my subscription after paying* - You might’ve used Guest Checkout using a diff email or a type on your email.
